Anne Dudek

Anne Louise Dudek (born August 25 on the 25th of August, 1970) is a famous American actor. She is known for portraying Tiffany Wilson in the 2004 film White Chicks Danielle Brooks in the USA Network television series Covert Affairs Dr. Amber Volakis on the Fox series House Lura Grant on the HBO series Big Love and Francine Hanson in the AMC series Mad Men. Anne Dudek is an American actress who is best known for her role as Tiffany Wilson in the 2004 comedy film White Chicks. Her television appearances are The Dr. Amber Volakis, in the Fox's House sitcom, Danielle Brookson, in USA Network drama Covert Affairs; and Lura Gran in HBO Drama Big Love. Dudek is from Massachusetts and attended Northwestern University. Her first performance was as an actor as a character in The Iphigenia Cycle, a production at the university. The show was performed off Broadway, situated in New York City. There she was awarded the Joseph E. CALLOWAY award for her outstanding performances. American Theater Magazine featured her as among the 10 best theatre actors to observe. Dudek went on to land parts on television as well as film. Between 2008 and 2016, the talented actress married Matthew Heller. Dudek was conceived at Boston Massachusetts in 1975 and raised in Newton. At the beginning of her career, she attended Northwestern University where she performed in various theatre productions. Her debut on the stage was also her Broadway debut on Wrong Mountain (2000). In 2000, her role as The Glass Menagerie won her the Connecticut Critics Circle Award. The Book Group: A British Comedy-Drama marked her first appearance in the world of television. The actress has appeared as a guest on other television programs including Desperate Housewives, Desperate I Met Your Mother and Friends Charmed Bones. The actress also played Lucinda Barry in the first episode of Psych and later a schoolteacher who shares a sexual encounter to one of her pupils on Law & Order Criminal Intent. Dudek was then cast as Amber Volakis, one of 40 physicians that Dr. Gregory House was considering to hire permanently on his staff. It began during the House's fourth season. Her character continued to appear throughout the entire season, but she was eventually removed from the show during the two-part finale, Wilson's Heart and House's Head. She would later reappear in a form of hallucination by House in the fifth season episode Saviors later appearing in the same way for the rest in the entire season. Dudek later appeared in Mad Men as next-door neighbor Francine Hanson and on Big Love as one of Alby Grant's antagonistic wives, both of them regular role. Dudek was a part of Covert Affairs as Danielle Brooks as the sister of the main character. In 2004, she played Tiffany Wilson, a cruise-line heir to the family of White Chicks. She also appeared as the Anthony Hopkins daughter in The Human Stain.
